Previously I was a co-owner of Sequence, a 60-person strategic consultancy with offices in San Francisco and New York. We specialized in helping brands and businesses craft connected custom experiences and innovative digital products. I was always on the Client Services side, managing executive relationships, multidisciplinary teams, negotiating contracts, and guiding projects through full lifecycles for world-class clients.

Sequence was acquired by Salesforce in 2017. Subsequently, I became the Director of Soft Skills Enablement for their Customer Success Group, elevating relational and client service skills across the group.
